Please ensure you pay attention to the shipping conditions in the item description before you make an online purchase.

We are unable to send packages to PO BOX numbers, so only enter a physical address at checkout. Please allow 7 days for dispatch and delivery 

All items marked as needing to be picked up in store must either be collected from us in store at 34 Gravatt Road, Papamoa or contact us at hello@shopbalivibes.com, before you make the purchase so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time we are not shipping internationally. If there is an item you are interested in, please email hello@shopbalivibes.com and we may be able to provide a shipping quote, subject to item and delivery location.


RETURNS

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We are able to refund full price items that are returned to us within 7 days. You can return your product for a store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We will exchange or offer store credit for full price items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging with original store receipts.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • For online change of mind purchases, shipping will not be reimbursed and customer must pay for the return shipping cost.
